My most recent tela visit went very well. The ANP called promptly and answered all questions. This visit went so much better than my previous tela visit. That visit I waited on the phone for 1 hr and 45 mins despite calling the office twice. I had to end up rescheduling that appointment. It was a frustrating appointment because I was awaiting a review of the results of a test and the waiting was hard on my concerns. I hope the scheduling continues to go as well as my last appointment.
Never saw the doctor and not impressed with care I got
Dr. Gerard was very nice and professional before and during the surgeries. He performed very delicate deep brain stimulation surgeries on me a week apart. I am pleased with the results. His staff, including Susan Cole, and his surgical nurse Tiffany were top notch. I will give Tiffany 5 stars for keeping me calm during the first surgery and the follow up visit. The only negative thing I have to say is the lack of communication and follow up post surgery.
