RecommendedI have never been treated so good by a vet! My puppy puked on the way over and they gave me another puppy pad for the way home and also trimmed his nails for free!! That would’ve been almost $30 at Spencer Creek animal hospital! And the other fees are also way less! The vet techs are so nice here to. I know they treated my baby good. It’s a bit of a drive for us, but we’ll worth it!

Terrible past two experiences. With the COVID regulations (which I support if implemented properly...), I've waited 30+ minutes past the appointment time for two times in a row. My cats are not fond of being in the car so sitting with them and listening to them crying out is an awful experience. Not to mention the $800 misdiagnosis on one of my cats. I was sent to an emergency hospital by a vet at Carter for an "obstruction". It turned out to be just gas and maybe an upset stomach. $800. I'm so beyond disgusted. I have been ... read more

First visit for Zelda and she loved everyone. We appreciate everyone being mindful of Covid19. The process worked well waiting in the parking lot and meeting with the Dr. via phone. Definitely recommend ❤️
For the last 10 years Carter Pet Hosp has been our Meaty’s vet and they have been wonderful with each visit. Recently we had to make the very difficult decision to help our lil man pass peacefully. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the staff at Carter. They answered countless questions on my multiple phone calls.
