Very friendly professional staff of techs and DVMs who treat your pet right and inform you correctly. Highly recommended with easy access and parking as well.

The staff was amazingly friendly, courteous and fast, no waiting around like at other Big Box store veterinarians. The lobby is the only thing that I believe could use some sprucing up, like a chair or two, it is a big room and can be used very creatively with the animals in mind.

They have been seeing Kirby since 10weeks (his only vet)! They are wonderful, professional & most importantly so loving to Kirby & his family! Kirby is always excited to go & show off while there, makes himself right at home! Love ❤️ you guys! Take your pet to Carters now they are always busy so go now before their house is too full!

dr carter did surgery on my black labs legs when she blew out her knees about 8 yrs ago and she is just doing as fine as she can be. we still go see dr hart and dr bonstead who treat my lab and my late collie laci. i recommend this facility to anyone with a pet issue..they are the best. i also recommend veterinary specialty services for any specialized surgery or emergency services. they do a fantastic job. my sheba..black lab had a herniated disk in her neck and was paralyzed. surgery was performed and she returned normal. ... read more

Carters is the best that I have experienced. Their care to their customer service is top notch! Very honest doctors who care and show it and do not order unnecessary tests. They truly are a wonderful group of doctors, techs, and assistants. I highly recommend Carters Pet Hospital!!

Thank you to Dr. Sarah Bonstead for fitting Auggie into her busy Saturday schedule. Auggie was hit by a car the day before. It was determined he was OK with no injuries. We were worried he may have internal injuries. She has been there for our family through several crises. We have never received better veterinary care.

I can't say enough about Carter Hospital. They have been a tremendous asset to my family, ever since all of the Doctors there saved my service dogs life. He is not only my life saver, but my bestest bud in the whole wide world. And because of the amazing vets, and staff, I still have him here with me.
