Carter Pet Hospital took special care of all three of my Golden’s yesterday. Dr. Karll was very gentle with my two 8 week old babies and with our 13 year old sweetheart. The staff made every attempt to make sure we were taken care of and went out of their way to hold the puppies. Thank you Dr. Karll for taking the time to make sure our girls are feeling their best!

I took my rescue kitten here years ago and carter told me that he was mean and needed to be put down. That poor innocent baby has grown into the most friendly, sociable cat. We have found a new vet that we love and will not be returning to carter.

They consider themselves a pet hospital, but couldn't get my dog an appointment in an emergency. � Needless to say, we are no longer customers.

Hi Angie. I apologize this happened. We actually take pride in getting our patients seen whenever needed. On occasion, if we do not have the capacity to properly care for an emergency, we will send someone on to the emergency clinic. We have been using Carter for almost 4 years and I wouldn’t want to take my babies anywhere else. Staff is always friendly and the doctors are too along with being very knowledgeable. They always take time to answer all my questions.
