Dr. Carter Mitchell is the best. He is so polite and has incredible patience. Such a wonderful asset to Medstar Health
It seems that Dr. Mitchell requires x-rays for first-time visits, which I refused, as I first wanted to be able to explain my symptoms first. I have had "knee-popping" but no pain, and pain down the back of the other leg. He did see me without X-rays, but I was surprised that he did not do a physical examination of my knee to see if it was swollen or potentially felt not normal.
