The absolute best From infertility, pregnancy with twins and chronic pelvic pain, Dr. Tracy Hays has managed my care with the utmost professionalism and care. Drs. Carter and Bakos are superstars I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Carter, but he treats me like I've been seeing him forever. I was traveling on business in New Orleans recently and a medical condition I had (bartholin cyst) became infected while I was there. Thus, I had occasion to deal with Dr. Bakos, the doctor that was on call that weekend. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Bakos. Most Horrible Practice I've Ever Dealt With Dr. Martin is callous, and this is the most horrible practice of doctors I've ever dealt with. Refused to treat me in an emergency over billing issue. Theses doctors are far more concerned with their bottom line than about their patients!
Simply the BEST. I'm a nurse, so I'm very selective with the physicians that I choose to care for my family and myself. If they don't meet my standards of care or if there's a personality conflict, I don't get upset. I simply take my business somewhere else. When I became pregnant with my son, I started prenatal care with Dr. Hays. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very Pleased I have been more than pleased with the attention and care provided by Dr. Martin. She really takes the time to listen to the patient and follow up with any concerns.
Dr. Harris ROCKS!! I believe Dr. Harris is fairly new to the practice. She is an outstanding doctor. There was a little wait for me to be seen but she eventually came herself to the door and called me. We went into her office and she asked the right questions and let me ask her questions. She was very thorough in her exam and I appreciated that. She's very personable. Dr. Sharon Bakos I have been a patient of Dr. Bakos for 15 years. She was highly recommended, and I have never regretted going to her for one minute! The entire practice is very professional. Dr. Bakos consistently receives mention in the "top doctors" section of D Magazine. This vote comes from physicians and nurses. Frankly, I cannot imagine anyone saying she is "rude," as one or two reviews do. She is down to earth, bottom line. She tells it like it is. I would be her patient for life! Kathy H.
Outstanding i have been going to Carter Bakos Hays Martin for 9 years. Im not in the area anymore but I still travel 45 min. for Dr. Martin. I have the utmost respect for her and the entire practice. Always professional, caring, concerned and NEVER RUDE! She delivered both of my children and is considered family! They are fabulous!
Wonderful Dr. Martin I have found Dr. Martin to be an excellent doctor--informed, personable, and respectful of her patients. She delivered my baby by c-section and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend her. My only issue with this practice is the long time you almost always have to wait to see the doctor at scheduled appointments, but this is a common issue in GYN groups, as schedules are so variable.
