Have used several times and very happy with service
DO NOT USE CARTERS! They have came out multiple times to my 81 yr old inlaws house since September, never fixed the HVAC system which keeps freezing up and not heating. This week after the 4th visit (and over $300 paid) they told the tech that we would need to call someone else if it isn't resolved, he responds "then call someone else!" and walked out. We ended up having a local company that I use repair it today and they did a great job, the valves and screen were clogged and they never even checked this issue at all. Would... read more
