Best in NWA We have enjoyed our visits to Dr. Carter's office so much! All of the staff are kind and compassionate. They have helped us so much in working with our daughter who had a bad early experience prior to Dr. Carter's exam and was terrified of dentists. She loves to go and see Dr. Carter and Miss Jeanie now! Can't recommend them highly enough!
