My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Carter for 15 years and without exception every appointment has been a five star experience. The staff is great --from the reception desk to the billing department to the hygienists and finishing with Dr. Carter. Kudos to all of them!

The most Caring and unselfish FAMILY DENTISTRY I was having trouble with my dentures. They set an appointment for me with in a really shot time. When I went the staff was great and I got right in. Doctor Carter came in he knew just what I needed done. I ask him if I needed to look at New dentures. Doctor Carter said IF THAT IS WHAT YOU WOOD LIKE I WILL DO IT BUT IF I WAS YOU I WOULDN'T BECAUSE YOU HAVE A LOT OF WEAR IN THE ONES YOU HAVE. HE THANKS OF HIS PATIENTS FIRST. ‘10’ Had a crown today. Great experience- this is the usual state of affairs with Dr. Carter & staff. They are CONSISTENTLY kind, respectful and essentially painless. I should know - I have lived in Fayetteville since 1983 and he’s the only dentist I have ever had!!
