I've asked Trish Carter to sell 2 homes for my family over the course of the last few years. In both cases, there is no one better at making the process smooth, quick and painless. If you want someone to help you buy or sell a home, make her your first choice. You'll be VERY glad you did.
Horrible communication. Misleading on her listings.Did not disclose the house had Chinese dry wall (a danger to anyone living in the house). Re-listed the house (still didn’t disclose it has Chinese dry wall) before giving us our escrow money back. Shady shady shady. Do not do business with this woman.
