They are absolutely AMAZING!!! Scott was so helpful thru the entire process. I was completely overwhelmed and upset. He explained everything every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable about insurance from car insurance to some questions about the gap insurance. Unfortunately my car was totaled so he was unable to help me by repairing my car. He did however make things go as smooth and stress free up to that point. He definitely earned my future business. Hopefully it will be by referring people only.
Carter Collision Center took great care of me and my vehicle a big thanks to Scott for keeping me in the loop every step of the way and made sure my car was in great shape before returning it to me!!! Highly recommend Him to anyone! Thanks Scott for Great Costumer service !!!!
