RecommendedI have used Scott several times now and I have to see he is probably the most honest body shop I have used. He went out of his way to deal with the insurance adjuster to make sure I had factory parts instead of aftermarket parts, to make sure it was completed very quickly, to ensure I was completely satisfied and made sure I knew exactly everything they had done. I would definitely recommend Scott to anyone.

I called on a recommendation and immediately felt like this was a down-to-earth guy that cared and throughout the process that feeling was maintained. He kept us up to date on the status and was attentive to any questions we had. My car was ready in record time and it looks amazingly good with no trace of evidence from damage caused by a deer. RecommendedI went by to ask some advice and to say hello to Scott, as he is a friend of mine. Two minor repairs needed on a couple of vehicles we own. In typical Scott Carter fashion, he gets up out of his chair leaving his lunch and begins to attack both problems without hesitation. Permently repairing a part that I needed ( I wanted him to see if he could find me a new one). I never asked him to do what he did.
