Just got my SUV back from Carter Collision and I am beyond pleased! During the entire process Scott kept us informed of what was going on. Scott also is all about the customer! He stood up for us with our insurance company many times. My insurance company wanted to put used parts on my car and he made sure good quality parts were used instead. I hit a deer a couple week ago and took my car into Carter Collision. They handled everything and made getting my car fixed a breeze. They were upfront and transparent about what they were doing to my car and helped to decipher the insurance company's language. They took every step to make me feel valued and like a priority. I will be a lifetime customer, but hopefully not too often.
Absolute amazing experience. Fast and friendly customer service! They kept us updated during the entire process of fixing the car and made sure we were completely satisfied with the final product.
