I usually leave car dealerships feeling frustrated and anxious and with a nagging suspicion that I have been taken advantage of. I absolutely love the service I received when purchasing my car. I absolutely loved the fact that nobody pushed me into buying my car that it was absolutely my decision. I felt like family when I was there. I will never forget the great time I had pitching pennies for thunder tickets. After spending a week or so talking about a Kia Sorento via email, we decided to drive 3 hours to Carter Chevy, getting there at 3:00 ish on a Friday afternoon. The salesmen were fantastic and had the vehicle ready to test drive as soon as we got there. It was nothing like buying a car at a big city dealership, there was no push, they did everything they could to get us in the SUV we wanted and we got free dinner! Had a very good experience with Carter Chevrolet. Bought a blue truck and would highly recommend buying there. They make you feel like family. Plus loved the two cats and dog. Much better than buying from a city dealership!
