My experience was absolutely wonderful. I got the car I wanted and the paperwork was so simple. Matthew Cecil made the whole experience so smooth. I never dreamed I would be able to buy a new car (wrecked my 2005 recently). My most dreaded experience is looking for a car and dealing with a dealership! My experience with Matt Cecil at Carter Chevrolet completely changed my mind. I will never go any other place but Carter Chevrolet and be sure and ask for Matt Cecil. He will work it all out!!
The best car buying experience ever! So easy and stress free! I wasn't passed around from person to person. There was zero pressure. I wasn't even asked to buy anything extra. Don't waste your time anywhere else. We drove from Shawnee and it was well worth the hour and a half drive.
Awesome staff to work with. Made sure we knew all about our new Trax before we left. Very easy to work with. Will definitely go back for next vehicle purchase.
Love the experience. Finally upgraded to a 2009 Chevy transverse, something the whole family will enjoy. We bought a car and ate chicken.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. Andy is a patient person and works hard for what you want. Definitely the cheapest around and non pushy. Because of that I bought two vehicles the same day. Would do business with them again.
Our son needed a vehicle and without hesitation we went straight to Carter's. Again they are the best dealership I have ever been to. Matt was awesome and helpful. He was able to get us in and out the door in 2 hours........Thank you again Matt! If your looking for a vehicle do yourself a favor and go to Carter's, you'll never go anywhere else!
