This office is not recommended. The billing department has no clear communication or advisory on what's being charged and provided. I am STILL getting bills of things that were never communicated, after requesting clarification AT my appointment and it seems they do not actually accept any insurance, just out of pocket pay. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer care and attentiveness.
Best place in town.
The entire staff, from scheduling to the front desk and Hygienist to the Dentist, are always excellent. My experience today with Natalie and Tasha was perfect. They were both compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive. This is a first class practice.
The whole staff: Kind, gentle, efficient.
