Great office, Dr. Carter is an amazing dentist who always makes sure I’m comfortable and takes the time to explain everything to me. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful when I come in or call! I was very anxious going to the dentist growing up and the staff at this office has helped me feel at ease during all of my visits.

Front office staff doesn't communicate very well at all. They'll never answer the phone, or return calls from your voicemail. I like Carter and the dental hygienists, but man that front office staff lacks a lot of customer service. I can see why Chaney left now.
I’ve always been really scared of going to the dentist, but Dr. Carter and his team completely changed that for me. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense and really helps me feel calm and comfortable. There’s never any pressure from him or anyone in the office, which I really appreciate. I was also super nervous about the cost, but the insurance coordinator was amazing and took care of everything.
