I remember the previous time I came here (2-3mo. ago), different yet very outstanding crew. However, today, Summer 2019; different story. With appointment made, there were several communication barriers and they were not willing to cooperate. They refused to answer questions, refused to accommodate... as stressful and nerve racking as they were - we had to leave. Very disappointing.
The staff are always nice and polite.
I am a regular Platelet donor, the staff is unfailingly polite and professional and the facility always clean and orderly. Give if you can, lots of folks need blood and platelets and not everyone is able to donate.
Great experience, as always! Today the secretary was out and they were very busy, but I was in and out in a timely manner!
