I find it incredible that they don't have a professional person. I normally go on weekends, I don't have any problems, and today I went to get my hair cut for an emergency and the cut was very bad. Something as simple as making a cut like the one in the photo, I told you, and you can't make a mistake and start over.
Very disappointed. Paid a lot for a fade that looks uneven and the overall cut was sloppy. Came back the next day during business hours to have it fixed and the shop was closed. I also tried calling, but the phone is disconnected. Definitely not worth the price.
