RecommendedI had a good experience at CarSwap and with Christian specifically. He helped me out by delivering my car to me when I was unable to pick it up and has reached out to me to make sure everything is good with my new vehicle. The service is what really sets them apart from the others.

Carswap has left me no choice but to make it my mission to tell everyone my terrible experience. I purchased a vehicle from them in late September. Right away, I had problems with the oil levels, and after diagnosis, need a new engine. Not only was Carswap unwilling to help, they were rude, unapologetic and blamed me for the problem. Advice for the day... "Carswap Sioux Falls," NEVER, and I mean NEVER buy a car from these people unless you like Lemons. If you want to be an owner of a Lemon, then this is the place to go. I would definitely "advice" against it though. Just saying...
Highly recommend Christian At the 12th st carswap, he bust his hump to get you taken care of . We were replacing our 2012 equinox and were looking for a larger vehicle and he knocked it out of the park with our new 2017 grand caravan. They are a very hard working group and very respectful while caring about your needs not just selling you a vehicle . Great service, Amy got a hold of me right away. They helped me get the best offer I'd heard for my Jeep Cherokee. They also set me up with a new insurance agent who was able to save me $100 a month on my insurance.
