I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car, to find they had not only repaired the body damage, but had also cleaned and vacuumed the interior!
Just want to thank Steve and the crew for getting my Jeep ready for the wrap. And the difficult task of installing my sliders.
Their actual work looks good. Some unprofessional mistakes were made but, to be fair, the owner made up for his employee's mistakes and I'm satisfied. Plus, they informed me and my insurance about some previous work that apparently wasn't up to industry standards.
Excellent customer service. My Challenger was backed into and the staff at Carstar Impact made my car look new again. Detailed her, making her shine again. Loved the text messages daily on the progress of the repair. Nice job guys!!!
