Everyone had ribs and loved them. I had the Mediterranean pork chop and it was fantastic!
Service was great! Everything was delicious! Ribs, augratin potatoes and house salad was delicious. Creamy garlic salad dressing was yummy. Even the coleslaw was the best ever! Everything was super fresh. Ice cold salad and coleslaw. Piping hot ribs and potatoes. It was perfect.
So absurdly good. Bring me a bib!
Wonderful ribs and Au Gratin potatoes
Carson's provides not only great food and excellent service, but also preserves some of the best traditions of fine dining that have been lost in the era of chain restaurants and generic menu options.
With open tables it took over 45 minutes to be seated. We were told 20. Just for two people. Food was a bit dry. Ribs didn’t have much meat on most of them.
Excellent food, great service.. Alfonso was our waiter, excellent!!!!
