By far the best pork chop i have ever seen or tasted !!
Not only are the ribs delicious, the rib sauce is the best I have ever tasted. The pork chop is huge and juicy. I always get the same meal - 1/2 rack of ribs, salad with Thousand, at gratin potatoes and corn bread.
Love Carson's it's one of my favorites we used to dine at the Chicago location as kids this place is an all time favorite!!
Most of the customers are longtime Carson's fans who return because everything is just how they remembered it. No surprises. Just consistently great ribs and sides that taste exactly the same as the ones they had in years past.
