Love the chopped salad!!
Waited over 30 mins for a grilled chicken club and med well bison burger. The chicken didn’t fill the bun at all, the 2 bacon pieces were bigger. They forgot to put the herb mayo on my chicken and I cut the bun in half and it fit the chicken and 1/2 piece of bacon and after I requested the herb mayo that was my $10.95 sandwich! Definitely won’t be coming back here anytime soon!
I will never give up on Carson's, but my trip there last night was less than stellar. The young lady at the bar was one of the worst servers I ever experienced. She tried to smile and be pleasant, but virtually ignored me the whole time I was there. I had to ask for everything I needed. The food was excellent as always, but very disappointed in the service last night. Bring Bob back to the bar!
The food was excellent. Went for our wedding anniversary, it took an hour to get food for two people with an empty restaurant. Would have loved dessert, but had to ask after waiting for 20 minutes to get the bill. Apparently all the staff breaks at the same time and gather in the kitchen or out back. Disappointed in the service for a $100 meal.

My favorite restaurant. We rented the restaurant for our wedding rehearsal dinner. My favorite place with the best people and food ever since!
I have been to Carson’s a few times. Always get good service. Some of the food is a little pricey but always delicious! They have the best spinach & artichoke dip ever. And the chopped salad was great!
