The menu has standard American fare and isn't very exciting, but the quality of the food is excellent. Like the other restaurants by Mainstreet ventures, the staff is attentive, but not intrusive.
Great American-Style Bistro Tried Carsonâs for the first time recently and it surpassed my expectations. You can tell from the outside (and inside to a degree) that it used to be a Cooker, but theyâve worked hard to add some elegance as well as some Michigan touches to the interior, installing antler chandeliers as well as fireplaces indoors and out. Ordered curbside carry out on Friday, July 31st. Our order was incomplete. I called that evening, (no answer), sent PM on FB, left contact info, called Saturday (no managers, only chef). Was told the GM would call me soon. I’m still waiting 8 days later. Carson’s used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but when management can’t be bothered to make a single phone call to a customer- let alone in a timely manner, I wonder whether Carson’s will survive much longer. So disappointed.

We ate the bistro chips appetizer, crab cakes, pecan crusted chicken, bistro burger, crispy fried brussel sprouts & garlic mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious!
