Ordered curbside carry out on Friday, July 31st. Our order was incomplete. I called that evening, (no answer), sent PM on FB, left contact info, called Saturday (no managers, only chef). Was told the GM would call me soon. I’m still waiting 8 days later. Carson’s used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but when management can’t be bothered to make a single phone call to a customer- let alone in a timely manner, I wonder whether Carson’s will survive much longer. So disappointed.

We ate the bistro chips appetizer, crab cakes, pecan crusted chicken, bistro burger, crispy fried brussel sprouts & garlic mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious!

We loved that atmosphere of rock with a nice ambiance and décor. However, our service from the very beginning was mediocre at best. No energy nor enthusiasm. Also, slow down on the blue cheese. Too much is overpowering as I discovered with my coleslaw. Also, the ribs had very little flavor but the sauce was good. The wife's fish and chips were fair but seemed overly heavy in oil lacking the crispness that is anticipated with a good batter and a proper temperature.
