I was literally rolling on a broken axle when I pulled into Carson Trailer towards the tail end of a trip from Oregon to Arizona. They were so kind! They let me leave the trailer there for a long time, no hassles. They changed out many worn components and made my old trailer functionally new again, for a reasonable price. Great people!
1 star - Disappointing Experience with Carson Trailers I recently purchased a trailer from Carson Trailers, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Despite being assured of a full warranty on everything, I was surprised to find that when I encountered a problem, it wasn't covered and they charged me $250 to fix it. I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews. As of this writing, I have only had positive experiences. We are grateful to the team at this location for their assistance in getting our trailer manufactured and ready for delivery.
Bought a trailer and had them hook it up using the forklift. On my way home it came off the hitch and went into the back of my truck and the owners stopped responding to us. Luckily our insurance was able to get their information and we’re gong after them
Bought a 2023 16' car hauler and didn't notice until a couple weeks later that there's raw steel underneath that wasn't painted and was already rusting. A board on the dovetail was warping significantly. The trailer was purchased February 2024 by another individual and Carson Trailers said that warranty doesn't apply as I wasn't the original buyer.
