Called in to discuss a trailer, spoke with Angel. Angel is awesome and got me a great price on the exact trailer I wanted. I let him know I’d be in the next day when they opened. When I showed up, paperwork was already done. Trailer sitting up front ready to go. I was in and out in 20 minutes or less. He even helped me hook it up and checked the lug nuts. Without going into a lot of detail with personal information included, I can say that these people are excellent at CYA but very poor on Customer Service. If I had known that BEFORE the purchase, there wouldn't have been a purchase. It's too bad, I didn't know, but now you do.
