Without going into a lot of detail with personal information included, I can say that these people are excellent at CYA but very poor on Customer Service. If I had known that BEFORE the purchase, there wouldn't have been a purchase. It's too bad, I didn't know, but now you do.
I was literally rolling on a broken axle when I pulled into Carson Trailer towards the tail end of a trip from Oregon to Arizona. They were so kind! They let me leave the trailer there for a long time, no hassles. They changed out many worn components and made my old trailer functionally new again, for a reasonable price. Great people!
1 star - Disappointing Experience with Carson Trailers I recently purchased a trailer from Carson Trailers, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Despite being assured of a full warranty on everything, I was surprised to find that when I encountered a problem, it wasn't covered and they charged me $250 to fix it. I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews. As of this writing, I have only had positive experiences. We are grateful to the team at this location for their assistance in getting our trailer manufactured and ready for delivery.
