Horrendous. No words exist in the English language that do justice for how miserable they are. They conduct insurance fraud (which we informed our insurance company about) so check your bill and the work actually performed very carefully. When I saw discrepancies and pointed them out to the owner and informed him he was overcharging he told me "yeah, we ask for extra so that your insurance pays you more. Carson Restoration restored my laundry room and garage after a water leak from my furnace. They were congenial, easy to work with and completed the work in a timely manner. The work done by all the partners and employees were exceptional. They also worked with my insurance company. I would definitly work with them again.
