I like the atmosphere and the food was pretty great. Chill staff which is nice. Will come back. ✌
First time in Vegas...a local recommended Carson Kitchen...went there for lunch and met a lovely waitress aka Sunshine. She recommended the bacon jam, margarita flathead pizza and roasted cauliflower...by far the best meal in Vegas!
WOW!!! The meatballs! The chicken skins! Gyros Tacos! And an AMAZING steak, easily the best one that I've ever had!!!
The Jerk Turkey Burger, Deviled Eggs & I don't even like bread pudding...but I can't get enough of this one. Any chance I get to be in the area, I'm picking up the bread pudding...Yummy!!! Love the intimate setting and the fire pit in the back.
We chose Carson Kitchen for my daughter's destination wedding reception. Setting up the event with Julie Bushar, Carson's sales manager, was easy. She did all the work and we just showed up. Best burger I have ever had! We tried a number of different dishes and every single one was divine. This place is a must visit when in Vegas.
Bourbon brownies with bacon. Baked mac and cheese. Tempura green beans. The chef and staff even find delicious choices for vegans if you're up for creative improvisation.
Friendly, knowledgable, and passionate staff. The food is innovative and DELICIOUS. I've been coming here for over a year and it's still exciting every time I walk in those doors.
