Every time you come here it is an experience. Undeniably hip, sleek, chic and a great menu with fresh choices. Nothing ks greasy, nor heavy and they have something for everyone.
Skip the appetizer so you can have dessert. Bourbon brownie with brown butter bacon ice cream. So yummy. The black rice oxtail risotto with Parmesan cream was delicious. Something unique off the beaten path. I will come back and try all the appetizers.
This is the best restaurant in Vegas! It has great, fresh food, amazing drinks, wonderful atmosphere!

Hey we're spoiled & picky. Our son's a CIA grad, chef & owner of Ruddick/Wood in Newberg, OR. So we get kind of critical. It's always nice to be able to highly recommend an eatery & I highly recommend Carson Kitchen. Great concept, location, food & staff. Very enjoyable evening for everyone in our family. There were 6 of us aged 12 to 66 with food tastes from meat & potatoes to vegetarian. Everyone left happy. Fantastic!
