First Honda Care Sentinel Program Oil Change Appointment at 7:15 a.m., arrived at 6:50 a.m. waited for service department to open. Mark promised the change would take between 45 to 1 hour for the scheduled multi-point oil change. It took about 45 minutes, and I was on my way. Thanks Mark!

The service was fast . I did not wait a too.long. The service is faster than I expected, Erwin explained everything that was done in my car and the recommendation for next service. Oh they have donut and coffee too.
Aweful experiance I booked for recall two days in advance. Honda official letter confirms for one hour time required for this service. I drop my car at 9:30 AM and could get it back at 15:15 after many follow up
Always a good experience I have purchased and serviced cars here since it opened. The staff is great. Many long-term employees. The dealership is a nice place to wait and has amenities to keep you comfortable. My service advisor this visit, Laurie Prieto was fantastic. Great service and follow up after to make sure I was happy.
