When I bought my car part of the deal was a promotion of a $250 gas card. When i got the cards they were for Shell. I live in Spanish Springs where such a thing doesn't exist. I asked for them to be exchanged for something I could use. The answer from the owner was no. So essentially I just got screwed out of $250. Thanks a lot. I will shop someplace else in the future. Why give me something I can't use? Really bad business practice.

We do apologize for the inconvenience; however, the $250 Gas Cards are a limited promotion offer and we can not exchange them.They were 100% included and you did not get charged anything extra for it. I was able to pull up the nearest Shell location for you based on your address and it is 8.9 miles away from your house. There are Shell location also in Sparks, Reno, Carson City, ect. and the card has no expiration date as well so you can use it on any trips you may plan in the future with your brand new vehicle. :)

I had an awesome experience at Carson car center! My husband bought a Sonata about a month ago thought well heck I'll give it a try. Called and inquired the very next day they got me approved. I have to say to they are amazing in the fact they made a generous offer on my trade in and I can say I've never seen a dealership go above and beyond to make things happen! Even with less than perfect credit and not much down I drove away in a brand new 2018 Elantra. Thank you so much Noah you were awesome!
