Would be nice if the dealership would stand behind the vehicle brand they sell and service they perform. Two blown engines with the same problems in less than 10 months is something to be concerned about. Apparently Hyundai engines are something that the dealership cannot stand behind. It shouldn't matter that the dealership is under new owners.
I'd like to start off the price was right for the car I wanted, awesome deal. to start off though, their customer service was horrendous. I was car shopping with my husband. first time for me, and I've been living overseas and still adjusting to bring back stateside. I left each time, I was not addressed, but my husband was. Recommendedwhat a great car buying experience! as a single lady, it's a bit intimidating to go in to a car dealership, may be the reason I drove my old car for so long! but I didn't feel intimidated, or pressured. They helped me get to a price I was comfortable with, in the car I wanted! Im so in love with my new Tuscan, and would highly recommend buying from these gentlemen! I’m changing my review. I will not be coming back. I tell my friends/family not to go here. They keep losing paperwork then calling me and rudely telling me I owe them money. This has happen multiple times now. I went in and asked where’s the paper I sign last time and all he did was shrug. Very professional...not. Very unhappy. I used to like them, but after this last incident, I’m going to Toyota.
The customer service was awesome. Every person we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. We will make the drive to Carson everytime from now on. I just bought my 3rd Hyundai, my first from here and I will be back and would recommend them to anyone.
