I went for my first appointment today and waited over an hour to get in. When i asked for a manager, they tried to offer me the first appointment and reschedule. My appointment was at 9:20 and this is like waiting on the tarmac at Atlanta airport. No doctor should allow this to happen as your time is just as valuable as theirs...
