I have never had an easier experience on the phone setting up and doing a purchase! Shawn was amazing, we were both honest about up front pricing, expectations and what could and couldn’t be done. The almost five hour drive to get there was worth it! We made a day trip of it, there was no bait and switch, no changing of the pricing, it was a sign, seal and out the door purchase. I will definitely be looking here again got our next vehicle!

Pant's on Fire Customer services was great, we talked about what I can afford monthly I advised Shawn I could not pay over a certain amount before he called the bank, he came back with over $25. over what I said I could pay, I said no he went back and actually got the bank at $5. less than what I needed so I signed the papers for my Jeep put down a deposit and left. 1st all the floor were wet not damp wet, 2nd monthly statement book from bank showed I'm paying more than we agreed on when I called Shawn tried to make me belie... read more
Love my car! I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted! Lew even made sure that I got some spots on the paint touched up and a new key fob made for me after my purchase. He made sure that I was happy. Thanks Big Lew!
I hate shopping for cars and haggling with dealers. I have never had a more incredible experience with a vehicle purchase than with Shawn at CarSmart. Everything was done over text. We agreed on a price, went in looked over the truck, drove it, was on the road less than an hour after I made the decision. If you are a busy person and don’t want to be in a dealership all day long call Shawn at CarSmart.

The Best ! We have now bought 5 cars over the last 7 years at Carsmart. Always great service ....zero pressure! They do a great job from the second you walk on the lot, till you sign the paperwork. Always clean low mileage cars and my choice SUV ‘s.
