Big Lew is the best. This makes my 3rd vehicle from car smart I will highly recommend to others as they look out for your best interest.
Working with CarSmart, and more specifically working with Tyler Norman, was a GREAT experience! We didn’t even arrive to the dealership until 30 minutes before closing, and he stayed until 9:30PM answering all of my questions and helping me purchase my car! I have never had an easier experience on the phone setting up and doing a purchase! Shawn was amazing, we were both honest about up front pricing, expectations and what could and couldn’t be done. The almost five hour drive to get there was worth it! We made a day trip of it, there was no bait and switch, no changing of the pricing, it was a sign, seal and out the door purchase. I will definitely be looking here again got our next vehicle!
