I was made aware of a beautiful Ford Taurus 2018 here at Car Smart through another website that I used to get pre-qualified. When I called I was greeted very friendly by Shawn Bowers and I was able to make an appointment for a test drive. Upon arrival everything went smooth and couldn't have been any easier. Easy purchase! These guys were incredibly helpful and the buying experience was super smooth. The car I purchased is amazing and I noticed several other great cars available on-site. If you are looking for a great-looking, dependable, used car, I would definitely recommend CarSmart in Hendersonville. The salesman was very helpful and informative and not pushy at all.

Customer Service Being a retired customer service professional I know and appreciate good customer service! I was very pleased with each employee that assisted me during this purchase. Lew was attentive to questions and provided his undivided assistance through out the process. Shawn's tutorial was also appreciated!
Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Went out of their way to make the car buying experience as easy as possible. It’s easy to see through comparisons that they have the best prices around. I would definitely recommend them to others and actually already have to several friends.
Courtesy was good also the service did not miss represent the vehicle.had some paper work issues transferring to our state but we where able to work those out .
