At the time I purchased my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I also purchased the Freedom Warranty. Well 5 months after purchase, I took it to a shop to start a claim because it was making a loud noise. The warranty company inspected the Jeep and found that the drive shaft was bad, as well as, the transfer case motor. Their inspection report stated that the drive shaft was a long term pre-existing condition and would not be covered. Not to mention the transfer case motor is a non covered part.
