Bought a car from here last week, and was helped by Steve. He helped us find the car that fit our needs the most, and was super insightful on all the ins and outs of the vehicle, the maintenance, and warranty. Would 100% purchase another vehicle from CarSmart
Deceitful! I went in on a Saturday to test drive a truck. I really liked it and at the time didn’t think it was priced too bad. So I went in the office to talk to Steve and said I liked the truck and let’s see what the payments would be. He took all my information, past employment etc. Steve had me sign a release form for the credit check and gave me a copy of the Carfax. He then started to fill out another form. Absolutely terrible came in talking cash and just wouldn't sell. Would give zero Stars
Not a great experience. Purchased a vehicle at the end of August 2024, one day later the radio died so we had to replace it. Steve did give us $50 towards the new stereo. 30 days later ended up on the side of the highway for 2 hours because the engine light was on, had to be towed 4 hours to the dealership. Today the engine light was back on and we are told we will have to pay $4000 to repair it.
