When I addressed my issue on yelp , Edwin Tan personally called me and checked on it. He asked me to bring the car to SF Toyota and he immediately sent the car to Toyota garage to fix the bumper damage.. He called me back and told car is ready to pick up on 06/05/2018(After One week)....I met him and he personally escorted to check my car status and I found it has been done a greet job by SF Toyota..
If you want someone to _sell_ you a car, go elsewhere. Come here if you want someone who will spend all day (if he has to) helping you find exactly want you need. If you go, seek out Christian. The best car shopping experience I've ever had.
I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership. It is a very nice and modern place, nicely decorated with plenty of showroom space.
