I had my Audi SQ5 in for repair after being forced up on a median. Although it took a while to fix, because there was extensive damage underneath and some parts had to come from Germany, they texted me everyday, Monday through Friday to let me know what their progress was and answered every question I asked. I would rather have it take longer and get it fixed properly. I really have no complaints!!
I have bought two Fords from Phil long. My 2016 Mustang got sandblasted from the hurricane winds this year. Even though they had bad reviews, I checked them out before bring my car there. I like what I saw so I gave it a chance. I couldn't be more happy. They went over the car and called Geico back out there to redo the estimate. So everything got fixed and I love it.
The customer service was terrible at Phil Long Collision Center. The short review is: communication from them is terrible and non-existent, they do not hold true to their ready date, the receptionists are rude if you ask them questions, and their workmanship is not up to par.
From the moment John and I had our Mercedes towed to the Collision Center, we were treated with respect and had daily updates. I shall mention this to USAA so they will send others there. Ridiculous service. Get an estimate for hail damage, set an appointment for repair. Drop off vehicle Monday evening for repairs scheduled for Tuesday. They call yesterday saying the estimate will be done soon and to schedule repairs later. What?? It was there for repairs! And this so called repair appointment was made almost 6 weeks ago! Now if I'm lucky it will be done around 9/23. Worst decision ever to go there
The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Nice and helpful at first but lied straight to my face. And no one returned calls and they take twice as long as they are supposed to to get any job done. They suck terribly bad. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I had the choice. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!
