They did an awful job. Had to take my car back gor warranty work because they messed up my car and the called to say everything was fixed and they only did one out of the three things that needed to be done. I will never use them again. Horrible at communicating. I called several times and left messages to get the work redone and nobody returned my calls. I had to go in to talk to someone. DONT USE THEM

Can't even begin to describe the horrible service we received from this company. Save yourself, and your vehicle. Don't use them unless you want you car to undergo further damage that they won't repair.
Of course no one looks forward to visiting a collision center due to the circumstances, but Phil Long made the whole process much less tedious and painful than I had anticipated. My 2013 Ford Edge was sandwiched between two vehicles after a rear-end collision. Phil Long was able to get my vehicle in right away, text me daily with updates about the progress of my repairs and offered to return my rental vehicle for me.
