Work wise they know there stuff, other then that not very professional and I had high hopes because I was referred , I got work done just after Memorial Day they told me they put my receipt in the car when the work was completed, I've been calling since the end of May to get my receipt for work that was done to my car and ill haven't gotten a return call or email with my reciept, and they did a great job but so unprofessional ,
By far the best service I have ever received! Ishmael was absolutely phenomenal-- the epitome of customer service. I have never encountered such an amiable, honest, and knowledgeable mechanic. I was looking for a place other than Gunther for my Volkswagen because every where seems to be a scam! The guy in charge here is really nice and really honest! Especially being a girl, mechanics always take advantage of you whether or not you have knowledge about cars. Excellent service, affordable prices, and honest feedback. I have been using their service since 2011 to replace some costly parts and for routine maintenance for my '05 Audi A4. They saved me a lot of money! Also, each time I had check engine light they checked it for free, again savings of $80.
These guys do awesome work! Very knowledgable and honest. Will continue to bring my Mercedes to them.
This is a very professonal service center, the first time there they were very friendly and helpful. had a problem with my Passat and what they quoted is exatly what I paid. its been about 8 months since Ive been there but going to make an appointment for our Mercedes soon for oil change and some routine maintenence for my VW
