Very disgusted at the lack of compassion, empathy, professionalism and attention to detail with this practice. My husband had an urgent matter after being treated in the ER, I called WAS HUNG UP ON 5 TIMES on the 6th time I was able to book an appointment, was told it was today at 2pm AT THE VILLA RICA LOCATION she reiterated the location NUMEROUS TIMES, only to arrive at that location to locked doors. We call the practice only to be told they are not serving patients in villa rica today, obviously we had already taken time ... read more
I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied by the professionalism of Austin J Lewis...he desperately needs to learn better bedside manners as well as how to refrain from exhibiting extremely rude mannerisms in which to state the "obvious" along with expressing such in an absolutely narcissistic way that seems like a demonstration of childish self gratification and a lack accepting fault in such....I certainly wouldn't trust him in anything more than a consultation let alone a surgical procedure
