I am a victim of this hospital. The incident took place on March 30th. Please do not go to this place for any reason. I have done everything and anything to reach out to the management and also any supervisor but they will not call me back at any cost. I am not an alcoholic nor a drug addict but they prisoned me for no reason other than to make money through insurance. I just walked in and that is the worst mistake I have ever done. Some one needs to investigate this hospital.

Going to Carrollton Springs is going to jail. Innocent people are tortured and it's definitely insurance scam. Stay away

My experience with Carrollton Springs was terrible. From the doctor to the nurse Leah and most of the other nurses, it seemed to be their intent to treat me sadistically. It was overcrowded and deafeningly loud on my unit. The group I was assigned to barely fit into a tiny closet of a room. I have since warned others against going there for any kind of help. Their only concern is milking people for their insurance money, as demonstrated by remaining open while many other businesses have closed during the spread of Covid 19.

This place only cares about your money. The best thing this hospital has going for them is an inpatient counselor named Grant. And SOME of the techs will actually treat you like a human being. Aside from that, you’re basically treated like you’re a moral deficiency. I have celiac disease and I’m vegan. I asked them several times if they were sure they could accommodate me before I agreed to be admitted and they assured me they could. I wasn’t asking for much. Rice, beans, potatoes, fruits and veggies. For my first several da... read more

My experience at Carrollton Springs is mixed. The clinician for the PHP program was exceptional (Daniel), however, once they get what they want from you (i.e. money from you as well as from your insurance provider), they no longer are helpful and responsive. I have left multiple messages about getting a prescription refilled that was supposedly going to be called in on my last day of PHP, well of course that didn't happen, they are no longer returning my calls, and it's like I was never a patient there. They sure are quick t... read more
