They refused to see my son today , because my 3 year old son wouldn’t step on the scale by himself, usually when he does this I step on the scale they get my weight and then I add him on the scale, today all of a sudden it’s not accurate enough. RecommendedDr. Mirza is the best but his front office are ruining his reputation. I called today and asked why they doctor didn’t call me back yesterday since my one year is having an issue after one day from her shots. Alma( as she gave me her name) answered with a very rude way. I was talking and she was saying Yea yea Aha aha ahim. I was shocked that not the owner, not the doctor but small employee is being rude to a patient.
I love Dr. Mirza. He was my pediatrician and he was all of my children's as well. I even got my cousin's to go to him and my sister in law but the nurses and front office are extremely rude. When I tried to change Drs they made it even harder for me. I moved 2 hours away and needed a fax to register my kids and they wouldn't send it. I even had my current pediatrician call them and he said they hung up on him and gave him an attitude as well. I love the Drs but the staff is horrible.
All the nurses have attitudes. Told multiple times they don’t have an office manager or anyone in charge. They take forever to call you back. Refuse to send referrals even though they say they sent them. Probably the worst pediatric office I’ve ever been to. They have no customer service at all. The “women” who work there just want a check. Don’t care at all about their jobs.
