By far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Black mold growing throughout the units (this was confirmed to me by a former maintenance worker). Roaches and bugs everywhere in the kitchen no matter how hard you try to keep it clean. Several times my apartment flooded from the unit above mine and twice from our own water heater. This is the worst apartment complex in Carrollton. My daughters apt has severely flooded 2 times and her things got ruined, not to mention it smells like mold and mildew from the other 3 minor times it flooded. Run as fast as you can away from this place. I wouldn’t allow my daughter to stay here for another day even if they paid me!! It’s TERRIBLE!!!!!!! RecommendedGood place to stay for College students looking to live outside of campus. It is right next to the university so making it to classes wont be a problem. Staff is good with communication and helping out where they can. Get an apt with 3 of your friends and your experience will be even better
Carrollton crossing is a great apartment complex that cares about the well being of their residents! They attend to any of your needs concerning your apartment as soon as possible. The apartment is also fully furnished and comfortable
Good residence with a staff that is responsive and engaging with residents. Fully furnished units make this the perfect place to live once you've moved out of the dorms.

Management is always helpful and understanding. Staff is always nice and pleasant and I’ve had horrible experiences with other complexes in Carrollton so I’m honestly enjoying my living experience here. It’s been very peaceful.
This is the worst property ever. They’re so concerned about their bottom line and not the health of the students. With the coronavirus going on they will not let me get out two months early so that my daughter can be at my home. I would not recommend to live there. They have no concern for all students
Very nice people and a great community. Wish the appliances were a little less dated.
