It was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised by a huge variety of stones, colors and shapes. All employees were super friendly and helpful. I got great advice on the stone selections for my project and good discount from Brent who was awesome. Definitely will be back soon and highly recommend this shop!

Very long story that I'll try to make short.... I was initially VERY displeased with the experience I had with this company. It's not important to go through all the details, but for 24 hours or so, I heaped social-media scorn on Carroll's. However, the company did the right thing and addressed my concerns as best they could, and I appreciate and applaud their efforts. In the future, I will not hesitate to purchase necessary materials from them.
Erich helped me yesterday find rocks for my daughters 10th birthday party this weekend. St. Pete rocks themed!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Thank you for the superior customer service I received from Erich. I will be back & recommend Carroll’s to others!

terrible customer service , dumped 5 yards of shell on driveway, only gave me 6 minutes to return there call. Had previously dumped in my shell driveway 10 feet away. Let me see should I dump 5 yards of shell in this customers shell driveway or in his regular driveway blocking his carport and golf cart.
