This local business is fabulous. All the staff here are wonderful! You can enjoy just browsing the cool items they have on display to get an idea of what you're looking for. They are unsurpassed in their stock. Forget the big box stores. These folks tend to be less and have a better selection and product. DEFIANTLY A ⭐️ review. Very unhappy with the experience I had with Carroll’s. There customer service is probably the worst I have experienced in a very long time. The driver hit my mailbox and failed to even mentioned it to me or anyone. Once the concrete was all poured no one could tell me the total amount until days after. I had it poured on a Saturday and called Monday to speak the the general manager and once again they failed to notify the GM. I wish I would of read all of the reviews before hiring Carroll’s. Very bad costumer appreciation. Over the last four years I've spent over $13,000 here. They were supposed to bring concrete 4 times. They were never on time were late 3 hours. This Saturday they were supposed to come at 1pm and instead they cane at 5pm. They told me I should be happy they even came. They charged me an extra 1q yard that wasn't stated on the meter.
