Attempt number two today to clean our son’s teeth and the first time his grandmother wasn’t allowed to bring him for a cleaning. 🤷🏼♀️ Then they wanted the right to do routine xrays without respecting our right to decline them when there is no problems and no cavities. We get them as needed or every few years just to check in but they didn’t respect our patient’s right to decide. Super sad that this office has changed so much. I used to love going here! After my experience today- and as someone who works in the dental field, I will no longer recommend this office to any of my patients, friends, or family. :(
I highly recommend CCDA. Besides the amazing reception staff the hygienist and dentists are the friendliest bunch and my whole family will be coming here for a very long time!!
