Can't say enough about the professionalism of the staff and doctors. Had my teeth cleaned today by Marie and she was fantastic. The main thing is "NO PAIN". I've also dealt with a tech, Aaron, who is outstanding. For those (like myself) who had a fear of going to the dentist, I recommend Carroll County Dental Associates. After your first visit you won't be afraid of dentists any longer.
The dentist Dr. Chitmus I had was nice and I liked her. Which is the only reason I was going to continue care. Let me start from The beginning. The office suggested invisalign for some minor crowding on the bottom. I had ask for an estimate if insurance didnt cover. So I was given an estimate. Well after I found out that insurance covered a large amount. I scheduled appt. Well when I went for appt price increased by 3000. Had my first visit today and was very pleased with the service and care. Had the most thorough dental exam I've ever had and Dr Brodsky explained everything that was going on with my teeth. Very happy with my new dentist!
Waited weeks for my first appointment for a cleaning. Take off work, get in chair and am told that I need to call my prior dentists for last five years to see when I last had bitewings and panoramic X-ray done. Both offices were closed as it was Friday afternoon. Was then told I would have to reschedule. Ridiculous I wasn't told they needed this prior to the appointment. They also fought me and my old dentist in getting the records as they said it would take 8-10 Days when I wanted to switch practices back to my prior dentis... read more
