I’ve been taking my son here since he was born and he is almost 3. I prefer to see Dr. Scobie, but he is very hard to get an appointment with. For that reason, we have seen just about everyone there. Nothing really negative to report, the doctors and nurse practitioners have all been friendly and have treated my son with respect and compassion. I like that there is a sick side and a well side. My son loves to look at the fish tanks.
I take my children here. We usually see Dr. Chung, Sarah, or Shannon. Never had issues with them. In fact Dr. Chung was my doctor when I was younger. I never have good expierences with Wendy. She seems to rush out more than worry about our concerns. Other than that, they are great.
I'd like to thank Carroll Children's Center for completely dropping the ball and telling me there was nothing wrong with my son's arm. Second opinion confirmed his elbow is Fractured. Thanks for the week and a half of pain he went through after your diagnosis.
I have been bringing my 4 children to CCC since they were babies. They're now 12,11,10,&8 and STILL ENJOY seeing everyone at CCC. I always recommend CCC to new parents, and parents looking for new providers. We have NEVER had a issue with CCC in all of our years of coming. Our favorites are, Cindy, Shannon, Dr. Scobie, and Dr. Chung. Poor service and unreliable diagnosis. Had to take my son to the ER following a visit. They told me he was fine and give him a certain medicine. Well we did and had to take him to the ER. The ER doctor said that their diagnosis was the worst possible thing for my son. We had already decided to leave the office but they sent us a letter saying that we werent welcome back. Dont worry. We wont give you another shot a potentially harming our children.
