Dr. Carroll is a caring, trustworthy, professional . His bedside manner is superb. He is thorough with his care and makes his patients feel like they matter. He doesn't rush and makes sure he listen carefully to ensure the best care plan is in place. It is such a breathe of fresh air whenever I visit Dr. Carroll.
After a few visits, Dr. Carroll understands what I need to help fix issues. He also, after seeing 2 neurologists that had no idea what my issues was, stayed late to listen to my symptoms and diagnosed my problem.
I love Dr. Carroll. He pulls no punches and tells it like it is, with a quiet, sincere appreciation of our own being. He has been my doctor for over 8 years.. probably longer.. I would not want to go anywhere else.

I called to make an appointment a little before the office was going to close. As the receptionist was taking my information the call very conveniently ended. I tried to call back but the office was already closed.I would have preferred to be told to call back the next day than to waste my time giving some information, and then having her hang up just because it was her time to go home.
Very Caring doctor, easy to talk to. Gives practical answers instead of medical jargon. Great bed sign manners. He is very knowledgeable and treat the patient as a whole. I trust his diagnosis and I am confident with his treatment plan. I love his practical approach to medicine, he believes in getting to the root of the problem and not just proving a quick fix.
